1. Buy an unlimited access Pin Voucher with payment of school fees & studio fees (if applicable) from zenith bank (IF NOT DONE SO)

2. Go to Kogi State Poly Portal: http://www.kogistatepoly.edu.ng

3.To Check the validity of your Matric or Registration number click on view class list.

4. Click on Start Registration

5. On the portal home page, click on Sign Up Here

6. On the sign up page, enter your Matriculation Number, Email, Phone Number and your Password
    (Note: Email is compulsory)
    Click on “Click here to Signup” button

7. This will sign you up and transfer you to logon page.

8. On the login page, enter your matriculation number and the password you used to sign-up above and click on the login     button.

9. On the User Pin Authentication page, supply your school fees and Studio fees Pin (if applicable) and click on Continue button. This would transfer you to Student Control Center if your pins are correct.

10. From the Student Control Center, move your mouse on Upload Passport. Browse to your passport location, select and     click upload. (Passport should not be more than 150kb and only .gif, .png and .jpg  file formats are allowed )

11. After your passport upload is successful, click on course registration. A copy of Electronic Registration Form will appear
     with preloaded bio-data and departmental courses

12. Update your bio-data accordingly,most especially Name, Date of Birth, Local Government and State.

13. If you are a new student, enter your entry qualification exam name, center number, exam date, subjects and grades.

14. Then click on “click here to register” button

15. From the print window that appears, click on Print My Form link to get a printed copy of the form for appropriate signature.
